Fees & Payments
We use a dual-sided fee model designed to keep pricing clear and predictable for both hosts and guests.
Our Pricing Model
- Hosts set their own base price.
- Host service fee: 8% of the host's set price.
- Guest service fee: 3.5% added to the booking total.
Payout Schedule
- All bookings are paid upfront by guests through the platform.
- Payouts are processed same day after guest check-in.
- All transactions are processed in Naira (NGN).
Security Hold (If Applicable)
A short hold window of 24-48 hours may apply in select cases to support dispute resolution and payment verification. This protects both hosts and the platform.
